DC KOHIMA INFORMS ON ODD EVEN SYSTEM

In the interest of public safety and to minimize non-essential movement of vehicles, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS, Deputy Commissioner, Kohima and Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Kohima in exercise of powers conferred to him under Section 34 (b) of the Disaster Management Act 2005, do hereby implement ‘Odd-Even’ system for movement of private vehicles under the jurisdiction of Kohima Municipality, except on Sundays, as mentioned under:

UGC GIRLS' HOSTEL AND PHOM LEMPONG SCHOOL QUARANTINE CENTRE DECLARED AS CONTAINMENT ZONES

In connection with detection of two positive COVID-19 cases one each from UGC Girls' Hostel Yingli College and Phom Lempong School Quarantine centre, Longleng the Deputy Commissioner Longleng, in the interest of Public Health and Safety, has declared the UGC Girls' Hostel Yingli College and Phom Lempong School as Containment Zone as defined in the Standard Operating procedure issued by the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland.
