The export of first consignment of Raja Mircha (GI) from Nagaland to London, flagging off ceremony was held virtually on 28th July 2021.

Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS has informed all concerned that unauthorized night parking at Deputy Commissioner's Office Complex, Kohima by vehicles without valid night parking permits issued by the competent authority shall be towed away w.e.f 1st August 2021.

The Ministry of Education, Government of India has launched a Capacity Building Programme for Improving Quality of School Education through National Initiative for School Heads’ and Teachers’ Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA). The NISHTHA is a holistic and integrated programme under Samagra Shiksha, a flagship programme of Ministry of Education, Government of India.

With reference to the office letter NO.AC/PC/3/2019-2020 dated Kohima, the 25th June 2021, the Directorate of Art and Culture, Nagaland has informed that the date for submission of Photographs and write-ups have been extended to 3rdAugust 2021.
