The Deputy Commissioner, Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS has informed that in order to avoid hindrance & inconvenience and to ensure the smooth execution of the ongoing Mon -- Tizit road maintenance work the following restrictions/directives is hereby notified for strict compliance by all concerned.

It is hereby notified for general information to all concerned that as per Section 126 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the campaigning period for Bye-Election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023 from 43-Tapi (ST) Assembly Constituency shall come to an end w.e.f. 4:00 PM - 05/11/2023 and that there is prohibition of public meeting during the period of forty-eight hours ending with hour fixed for conclusion of poll.
