H&FW DEPT APPEALS TO RETIRED MEDICAL FRATERNITY

In this extraordinary time of COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Health and Welfare Nagaland has appealed to all the retired personnel of the medical fraternity such as medical doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, radiographers, pharmacists, etc; and also the medical students in the final year as well as PG students who are at home; to consider to volunteer and lend a helping hand in service of the people of Nagaland.

RETAIL PHARMACY OUTLETS DIRECTED

All the retail pharmacy outlets within the state of Nagaland has been directed to adhere by the ceiling rate of Rs.16/- for the 3 ply surgical mask and not otherwise, failure to comply to this directive shall invite stern administrative and legal action without further warning.

This order shall come into effect immediately till further order.

Gregory Thejawelie, NCS, Deputy Commissioner, Kohima has informed that the disbursement of ration relief for daily wagers has began on the 31th March 2020 at Kohima Relief Distribution Center, Local ground, Kohima. The relief items will be distributed between 10:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M.
