Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant has informed that to support the holistic well - being of persons under quarantine facility / home observation in the wake of COVID - 19 pandemic, the All Nagaland Counselors Association (ANCA) will be rendering free telephonic counseling services.

Dimapur Anoop Khinchi  in an official letter addressed to ADS, Food & Civil Supplies, Dimapur, informed the re-opening of Fair Price Shops in Dimapur with effect from 6 April 2020 from 7am to 4pm. DC further requested the ADS to direct the FPS to maintain social distancing of atleast one metre at all times.

A meeting was held at the office chamber of Principal Director, Health & Family Welfare with the Professional Council of Nagaland on 4th April 2020. The meeting was attended by Principal Secretary, HFW, Mission Director NHM and other Department officials.

Department of Urban Development Nagaland has issued a circular on 4th April 2020 with regard to the decision taken by the Government of India to provide a onetime ex-gratia payment of Rs.500/- per month for the next three months (starting from 1st April) to all women Pradhan Mantri Jan DhanYojana (PMJDY) account holders through the Pradhan MantriGaribKalyanYojana(PMGKY) Package.
