As per the decision taken during the Kohima District Task Force for COVID-19 meeting held on 11-04-2020. The Core Committees are hereby constituted to monitor the distribution of essential commodities/ Water in the municipal areas of Kohima district during the lockdown period with immediate effect.

Deputy Commissioner, Mon has informed that Home Delivery of Water will resume from 16th April 2020.

Governor of Nagaland, R N Ravi today reviewed the unfolding COVID-19 situation in Nagaland, and assessed the state preparedness to tackle the virus.
The weekly review meeting at Raj Bhavan Kohima was attended by Temjen Toy, Chief Secretary, commissioner and secretary Home, commissioner and Secretary Health & Family Welfare and Director General of Police.
The Chief Secretary Nagaland, Temjen Toy has appealed to all concerned to constructively participate in the fight against the dreaded Covid-19 pandemic that has taken the world by storm and has reached every nook and corner of the planet including Nagaland.
