The Chief Electoral Officer has informed all concerned that in the exercise of the powers conferred on it under Article 324 of the Constitution of India, the Election Commission of India has appointed three Special Observers in Nagaland for the ensuing General Election to Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023 to ensure smooth, free & fair Election.
