The Directorate of School Education has informed that Special Registration Camps for Teachers are being organized in Kohima and Dimapur in order to saturate registration of Teachers under the Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS). The camps will be held as per the details below. Necessary information and documents required for registration are provided in the Annexure. An amount of Rs. 20/-(Rupees twenty) only will be charged per household for the Registration. No Fee will be charged for card issuance.

All teachers (regular/contractual/ad-hoc) residing under Dimapur, Chumukedima, Niuland and Kohima Districts have been requested to make use of the facility and get themselves registered for the CMHIS without further delay.
