Department of Power, Office of Executive Engineer Transmission Division has informed all concerned that Vegetation Clearance for 132kV and 66kV Transmission Lines under Transmission Division Mokokchung is scheduled from 23rd Oct 2023 to 18,b November 2023. In this regard, there will be total shutdown of power from 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily in order to facilitate smooth execution of the works. This exercise is necessitated with the aim to provide stable power supply and avoid unwarranted disruption of supply.
The department appeals to all public in the affected areas to extend cooperation and bear the inconvenience during the shutdown period.
