The Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA) Home Department will conduct the annual Nagaland Emergency Preparedness Exercise (NEPEx) on 16^th November, 2022 (Wednesday) to test the capability of the State to respond to, and manage any mega disaster.

As a precursor to the NEPEx, a capacity development programme for the same will be organised for the AHoDs/HoDs concerned and the DDMA officials on the 11^th November, 2022 at ATI Kohima. The AHoDs/HoDs of all the departments concerned, and two officials each from all the District Disaster Management Authorities are requested to make it convenient to participate in the programme.

The participants from District Disaster Management Authorities attending the said programme would thereafter impart IRS, and do Table Top Exercise in their respective districts on 15^th November, 2022 at the district level.
