Deputy CommissionerWokha,OrenthungLotha informed that as per the discussion of the District Task Force meeting for COVID-19 meeting held on 2nd November 2021, the following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) directives and guidelines are to be enforced in view of the TokhuEmong Mini Hornbill Festival, 2021 scheduled to be held from 4th Nov to 7th November 2021.

1. The organizing committee should strictly ensure that all COVID-19 protocols are followed.
2. The organizing committee should make adequate space for the arrangement of physical distancing of at least one metre distance.
3. The committee should take measures to avoid overcrowding at all cost.
4. The organizing committee should ensure compulsory use of face mask and use of hand sanitizers in all the stalls.
5. The surroundings of the stalls must be sanitized daily as a strict health measures due to the ongoing pandemic.
