To effectively control the spread of COVID-19, and facilitate all those who are eligible for COVID-19 vaccine; the Health & Family Welfare Department in coordination with the Home Department is temporarily setting up Covid Vaccine Centre (CVC) at the Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima with effect from 12^th April, 2021. The CVC will function at the VIP Waiting Room in the Central Block of the Secretariat and will be open daily from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

            All the officers and staff who are above 45 years of age, working in the Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima, and not yet taken the COVID-19 vaccine, have been requested to avail themselves of the opportunity to get vaccinated at the CVC, Nagaland Civil Secretariat.

            The officers and staff may need to provide their contact number and produce any of the following Documents in original at the CVC for registering for the vaccination:

1. Government Identity Card
2. Driving license
3. Pass Port
4. Pan Card
5. Voter Identity Card
6. AADHAAR Card

            All the Officers and staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat have been advised to continue following COVID-19 appropriate behaviour, even after vaccination, like, wearing of mask, maintaining social distancing, regular washing of hands, etc.
