For more accessibility and friendly services to citizens of the state, the following Health Units are hereby notified as COVID-19 Vaccination centers from 4th March to 15th March 2021. Additional health units will be notified in the coming days.

Vaccination Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

 

Beneficiaries: All citizens 60 years and above as on 1st January 2022, 45 -59 years with specified comorbidities as on 1st Jan 2022, health care and frontline workers. All eligible citizens can self-register at cowin.gov.in and make an appointment or avail onsite registration at the session site.

All citizens between 45-59 years as on 1st January 2022 will need to produce a COMORBIDITY CERTIFICATE from a Registered Medical Practitioner to avail vaccination services.

The COMORBIDITY CERTIFCATE < (ANNEXURE l (B) >with the list of specified comorbidities/ diseases can be downloaded from the following websites;

  1. nagahealth.nagaiand.gov.in (WHAT’S NEW and DOWNLOADS)
  2. covid19.nagaland.gov.in         (AVISORY/NOTIFICATION)

A signed copy from a registered medical practitioner can be uploaded online during self- registration at cowin.gov.in. The signed hard copy will need to be produced at the vaccination site.
