A Three-day Training for District Level Master Trainers on Implementation of HPC in Foundational and Preparatory stages in Nagaland was held at State Council Educational Research & Training (SCERT), from 11th -13th June 2025 at SCERT, Kohima under the initiative of Prof. Indrani Bhaduri, Head and CEO, PARAKH NCERT.
The participants were personnel from SCERT, Districts Institute of Educational Training (DIETs), Educational Block Resource Centre (EBRCs) coordinators, Trainers of Teachers (TOTs) from School Education. These participants will conduct mass teachers training at the district level on HPC Foundational and HPC Preparatory Stages.
Personnel from Samargra Shiksha and The Lighthouse Project-NECTAR also attended the Programme.
The workshop was facilitated by Resource persons from PARAKH, NCERT.
The State of Nagaland with the support of PARAKH, NCERT, New Delhi envisions to implement HPC in all the Government School of Nagaland in phase manner. Initially for this academic year, HPC will be implemented in class-1 (Foundational Stage) and class-3 (Preparatory Stage). In the subsequent year, HPC will be implemented in the Middle Stage.
