The District Treasury Office Phek will conduct nation-wide Digital life certificate (DLC) campaign for pensioners with effect from 2nd November to 30th November 2026, in collaboration with district administration and Chief Medical Officer, Phek.

This campaign will be conducted till 30th of November 2026, from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM on all working days, at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Phek. All the pensioners have been requested to bring documents including Aadhaar Card, Pension Payment Order (PPO) Book, Pension receiving bank details, and their smartphones without fail.

Free health camp services will be provided by the concerned CMOs for the pensioners under Phek district during the campaign. Therefore, all the pensioners have been requested to participate in the campaign, and to avail the Digital Life Certificate facility provided by the Government.
