DC Chümoukedima, Polan John, NCS, has informed all pensioners under Chümoukedima District that the 5th Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign will be conducted from 1st November to 30th November on all working days, from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM, at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chümoukedima.

The following documents are to be mandatorily produced by the pensioners:

1. Aadhaar Card

2. Pension Payment Order (PPO) Book

3. Pension receiving Bank Details

4. Smartphone

To facilitate the process, help desks will be set up by the Treasury Office, Aadhaar Office (for Aadhaar- related corrections & updation) and concerned Banks to provide necessary assistance to the pensioners. Free medical services will also be made available during the said campaign. Therefore, all the pensioners are requested to participate in the campaign and avail the Digital Life Certificate facility.
