School Education has witnessed enormous growth and has become almost universal. The quantitative expansion has raised the concern of quality which cannot be addressed through macro-level strategies. It demands shifting of focus from system-level reforms to school-level actions. As such, empowering the school heads is an urgent need to transform schools into productive institutions.

School Leaders must re-imagine learning and modernize education to make it fit for the post-Covid world. Moreover, keeping in mind the visions of NEP 2020, School Leaders need to be empowered to bring changes into the system.
