DC MON, Thavaseelan K, IAS, on 17^th May 2021 issued a circular with regard to the Covid-19 Vaccination drive for people between 18 – 44 years which began  from 17^th May 2021 in  Mon District.

The dates for booking appointments, vaccination centres, available slots, vaccination days for the District and steps for booking an appointment is indicated below:

 

STEPS FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENT:

 

i)                    Online registration is mandatory. On spot booking is NOT possible. One can register at https://selfregistration.cowin.gov.in

ii)                  Registered citizens will book an appointment/slot through COWIN and Aarogya Seta app and NOT onsite. 

iii)                Those registered before still need to book for the vaccination through the apps.

iv)                Once appointment is confirmed, the details will be sent to the registered mobile number through SMS.

v)                  Citizens should download and save the confirmation details with reference ID which needs to be produced at the vaccination centre on the scheduled date.

vi)                Identity Card used for the registration should be produced at the vaccine site.

vii)              The appointment should be booked at least one day prior to the vaccination date.

For Health Care Workers, Frontline Workers and those above 45 years, vaccination will continue at all notified COVID-19 Vaccination Centres on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday every week.
