The Finance Department (Revenue Branch) in a notification dated 24th September 2020 informed that Nagaland has revoked the COVID-19 Cess against Entry Serial Number 3 and 4 of Schedule II of the Act, levied vide Notification of even number dated 28th April 2020 as under:
