Deputy Commissioner Phek, Sachin Jaiswal, IAS has informed all the concerned that the District Level Verification Committee will carry out the verification/survey and assess all the properties within the ROW (Right of Way) for payment of damage compensation with respect to the 2-lane Kohima-Jessami road construction project under Phek district as per the schedule (tentative) given below.

It is to be noted by all that in pursuant to the DC office notification issued vide letter NO DCP LR/NH-29/KMA-JESSAMI/116/2019/399 dated Phek the 15th June 2020, no properties/structures constructed or developed with effect from 16th June 2020 will be considered for payment of damage compensation under any circumstances.
