1. The Taxis will be Colour coded and shall ply only on the coded days. The Colour coding is as follows:

2. The Taxi fares will be at the existing prescribed rate which is:

Rs 30 per passenger (point to point)

Rs 100 for hire (point to point)

3. The Taxis will ply only in the Kohima Municipal Area (North- IG Stadium, East- BSF Camp. West-Kohima By Pass, South-Phesama Gate) and the New Secretariat Area.

Public can avail taxi service by contacting the above numbers of the In-Charge.

5. The Taxis will be permitted to ply with the condition that they carry not more than 2(Two) passengers. Both the Driver and the Passengers should wear mask and use sanitizers at all times. The taxis should be properly sanitized and disinfected.
6. Any Taxi plying on non-coded days and not abiding by the guidelines shall be penalized as per the provisions of the Law and the Taxi Permits will be cancelled.
