In pursuance of the Section No. 5(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to designate the following officers as Appellate Authority (AA), Public Information Officer (PIO) and Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) in respect of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH&VS) Department as under:
